I have grew up in Brooklyn, so Pastosa has always been a go-to for my family.  I was diagnosed with celiac disease 8 years ago, and one of the things I miss most is real pasta.  So when I found out that Pastosa carries gluten-free pastas AND ships them, I had to try some.  This gluten free gnocchi is really good!!  I was very impressed with the texture.  GF pasta is notoriously difficult to cook just right, tends to be mushy & doesn't hold up well for leftovers.  None of those problems here.  There's a wonderful chewiness & flavor, and I will definitely be purchasing again!  Also, this was just fine in my freezer for 4 months.  Just wish the nutritional info was posted (although maybe I don't want to know lol).
