We take great pride in the quality of our products. If any of our merchandise arrives damaged or differs from the items on your packing slip, please contact us within 24 hours by emailing, orders@pastosa.com or calling 718.236.9615 ext. 3.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed as a result of high-volume shipping periods (Holidays).
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed as a result of weather-related issues.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed as a result of an incorrect shipping address entered during check out.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages left unattended at delivery. (We do NOT require a signature upon receipt due to the perishable nature of our products in fear that your items can get placed back on a truck.) We highly suggest someone is aware the package is arriving. We do not suggest shipping perishables as a "surprise". Someone should always be home to accept and properly store perishable items upon receipt.
