Pastosa Ravioli ships exclusively with FedEx to provide customers with reliable, affordable delivery of our ravioli, fresh pasta and Italian specialty products to locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and we are not responsible for errors due to the improper entry of billing or shipping addresses.

Order Processing
Orders can be placed through our online marketplace twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We process and ship orders Monday-Thursday ONLY. Once your order has been received, you will be notified via e-mail. We will also notify you by email when your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be available usually within twelve hours of the time the package leaves our store.

Daily Shipping Cut-Off Time
Orders placed Monday-Wednesday by 5 p.m. Eastern will ship (leave our headquarters) the next day business day.

For example, an order placed at 4:55 p.m. Eastern on a Monday will ship on Tuesday, while an order placed at 6 p.m. eastern standard time on a Monday, will ship on Wednesday.

Additionally, orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern Wednesday (which includes: Wednesday at 5:01 p.m., Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday.

*Please Note: During the winter months we may offer a 2-Day Air shipping option. Orders placed by 5 p.m. eastern Tuesday will ship the next day; however, 2-Day Air orders placed after 5 p.m. eastern Tuesday will ship the following Monday.


In order to maintain the freshness and optimal temperature of our products, Pastosa Ravioli uses custom-designed boxes that are insulated with styrofoam. We then carefully layer ice gel packs between and amongst the box contents. These packaging materials are specifically designed for shipping perishables, so you can rest assured that your products will arrive in the best possible condition.

Shipment Method

Your location in the United States will dictate the method of FedEx shipping, as we allow a maximum travel time of 2 days before reaching our customers to ensure the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of the products, we strongly recommend that someone should be present at the ship-to address in order to receive the package and to refrigerate or freeze the products immediately upon their arrival. In the event that no one is present to receive the package, FedEx will leave your package at the door. Under no circumstances, however, will FedEx or Pastosa Ravioli be held accountable for spoiled or stolen food products when a package has been left at an address where no individual is present to receive the package.

Pastosa Ravioli is proud of its quality products. If any of our merchandise arrives damaged or differs from the items on your packing slip, please contact us within 24 hours by emailing: or calling: 718-236-9615. Provide your order number and reason for dissatisfaction. Additionally, if your shipment does not arrive by 8:00 pm the day it is due, please email us at (this time does not apply for Holidays).
- We are not responsible for packages that are delayed during high-volume shipping periods (For Example: Holidays)
- We are not responsible for packages that are delayed as a result of weather-related issues.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to the entry of an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.

Out of Stock Items
If a product is not available, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail in order to discuss alternative products available to you. If we can not reach you after two attempts, we will use our best judgment to provide you with a product of comparable type, quantity and price.
