Ordered ravioli and other goodies on Tuesday. They arrived frozen on Thursday, packed in an insulated box with 12 gel packs. The products were unpacked on arrival. It has been 97 degrees here for 2 days, and this morning some of the gel packs are still frozen. Impressive products and expert shipping.
