I am Italian and love food. I grew up on cheese ravioli but as time went on, I had to watch my cholesterol so I choose Pastosa Low Fat Spinach Ravoli. Absolutely delicious. I bring water to a rolling boil, add a drop of oil, then add the ravioli and cook for 13 minutes on medium heat albeit the instructions say 8-10 minutes. Raviolis are soft but firm. I usually make my own sauce but Pastosa's Meat sauce is great and sometimes includes a piece of Bracciole, which is a nice surprise.
