Pastosa's gluten free ravioli (both cheese and spinach) are well worth the trip, especially if you have Celiacs disease. They cook up nicely and no one would be able to tell they were gluten free. A bit pricey, but that is routine for good, safe gluten free food. Hoping for even more options in the future. Thanks for making a great product!

Review: Pastosa Gluten Free Cheese Ravioli

How about a plateful of tender ravioli filled with creamy ricotta and Romano cheese and topped with a rich, thick tomato sauce? Thanks to Pastosa Ravioli's new line of gluten free ravioli, thats exactly the meal my family was able to enjoy today.
My family tested other gluten free ravioli products before choosing Pastosa as the undeniable winner for best taste. This dough had absolutely no dusty or chalky back taste. The ravioli are quick and effortless to cook, and the ricotta cheese filling is fresh and delicious. One of my sons, who usually refuses to eat gluten free pasta, loved this ravioli and asked for seconds. He said he couldn't tell that it was gluten free. I recommend this product to all of my readers.
