Mike and Chris Falato are no strangers to the food industry. Both their father and grandfather owned meat markets on Staten Island in which they worked as they grew up.
The brothers grew up with the Ajello family which lead Mike and his father to opening the first Pastosa Ravioli in New Jersey. After 10 years of growth and success for this location in Manalapan, Mike was eager to open another location at the Jersey Shore.
