You can place your order online 24/7. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Thursday only. When we receive your order, you will get an e-mail verification with an order number. We send an additional email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available within twelve hours of the time the package leaves our facility in Brooklyn.
PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, we may print your label ahead of time. If you receive an email notification that your order shipped, track it via the FedEx link provided and check the ship date. Your order might not be shipping out until the next day. If you have questions about the arrival time of your box, call 800-457-2786 and ask for the Shipping Department. Have your order number handy, and a member of our staff can assist you further.
