Nestled close to the Verrazzano Narrows Bridge bordering Todt Hill and Grasmere lies Pastosa Ravioli of Richmond Road. Formerly located further down the same street, across from the Berry Homes, this was the second Pastosa store to expand.
Partners Alicia Ajello and George Montedoro were one of the first locations to diversify and meet the needs of their suburban consumers by opening a produce department within the store. The expansion also added refrigeration creating a butcher department within Pastosa's four walls.
Over thirty years later, Pastosa Ravioli of Richmond Road not only offers fresh pasta, imported meats, and cheese, handmade mozzarella and other authentic staples known to each Pastosa Ravioli location; this specific store is a neighborhood one-stop shop and has become the model for some of our newest locations in New Jersey.
